Women rights education is fundamental in empowering women and societies to defend their rights, to demand their rights, to demand the fulfillment of their rights and in ensuring a just society. The project seeks to strengthen the capacity of women for them to participate in community governance issues, deal with gender based violence, handle inheritance issues, clarify roles of women in HIV/AIDS affected societies and to ensure equal access and control of resources in communities.
